Members & Fiscal Stewards
ICS Membership
One of the most important ways to support Interfaith Community Sanctuary is to become a member. You will be joining with others who have consciously chosen to become more deeply involved in this committed community.
Active members participate in our Guiding Council, Spiritual Retreat, Cooperation Circles and annual Membership Celebration. Active members have the privilege of casting a vote on important issues and after a year of active membership are eligible to hold an office.
How do you become a member?
We value participation and active membership. Anyone who supports Our Vision, Mission, and Goals (found on the home page of our website), and would like to become a member, we ask that you inform one or more of the ministers of that decision. The potential member is encouraged to use this opportunity to get to know the ministers better and to ask questions about the community. The ministers will also be able to learn more about the potential member. If the ministers and prospective member are in agreement that the membership should proceed, the member may fill out a membership form. An individual’s geographic location may be a factor in membership. A member must be physically present in order to vote in the Guiding Council.

Members have this to say:
“Interfaith Community Sanctuary saved my life. Definitely. I couldn’t be happier.”
“I have learned so much about different traditions just by attending the Sunday worship gatherings. I’m proud to be a member of Interfaith Community.”
Becoming A Fiscal Steward
Fiscal Stewardship makes it possible to support Interfaith Community Sanctuary by setting an intention to make a regular, monthly, tax-deductible financial gift to help with our operating expenses. This regular donation can be made on line through our “donate” button, or by US mail. Your financial gift grounds and stabilizes our community, preserves our future and assures that we will continue to grow and flourish. Fiscal Stewardship is not a requirement of membership, although it is welcomed from our members and supporters.
We are grateful for your ongoing support and invite you to fill out the form below. If you have any further questions, email the treasurer at: interfaithcommunitysanctuary@gmail.com.
Fiscal Stewards have this to say:
“It gives me great satisfaction to make a monetary contribution to Interfaith Community Sanctuary each month. This way I know I am doing my part to keep the Vision alive.”
“I don’t have a lot of money, so when I give, it is a deeply spiritual experience. I know I have made the right choice to give monthly to Interfaith Community Sanctuary!”
