Avalon is a co-founder and Representative of the Wings of the Message Center in Seattle, affiliated with the Inayatiyya Sufi Order.  She has been a student of Sufism for almost 50 years, also holds the concentrations of Shefayat in the Healing Order, Cheraga in the Universal Worship, and is a Retreat Guide. Before her retirement two years ago, Avalon worked as a Medical Social Worker in Hospice for many years.

The topic for April 7^th is Gratitude, we will explore how a grateful attitude can lead to exaltation and to service, in answer to the need of the world around us.

In 2024, our spiritual discernment will be Making a Home for the Mystic Heart
