THE SPIRITUAL LI FE IS A JOURNEY
– On March 6 at the Sanctuary Pastor Dave Brown will share some personal reflection’s, stories, and poems for the journey.
The life of faith, the spiritual life is a journey, as we live each day. As we travel this road, we have times when we feel stagnate and other times when we have a deeper sense of connection to the sacred, to God and along with a clearer understanding of who we are and how we can connect with and love the world. It is a lifelong journey. We never arrive, every day a new door opens on the road of our life.
In his talk he will share stories and poems that inform, shape and encourage us as we travel the road of faith.
Rev. Dave Brown is a writer and poet who currently works with Imam Jamal Rahman on programs about deep interfaith friendship. DONATIONS INVITEDInterfaith Community Sanctuary is a grass-roots self-governing spiritual community practicing circular leadership principles. We invite your generous gifts to help us continue offering our ongoing interfaith worship services, classes, and study opportunities. We are stewards of a building (built in 1890) requiring ongoing maintenance. We are dedicated to preserving it as a historic landmark and spiritual center despite the encroaching modern condos flooding our neighborhood. Thank you for helping us with these ways of service.
