Honoring the Guest Interfaith Worship Series Honoring Diverse Faith & Spiritual Traditions welcomes Arzu Cohen, Sunday April 2nd 2023 at 10AM sharing “Refining the Body” continuing our 2023 spiritual discernment Transforming the Body, Heart and Mind.
Arzu Cohen, Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher, will share about the many cultural traditions that use use the metaphor of the ‘home’ or ‘temple’ to discuss the body and in addition discuss how we treat and inhibit our bodies. We can refine our body through movement, breath and mindfulness meditation.
