See beauty in everything, every minute of the day.
The first step to seeing beauty in all things is being in a state of deep appreciation. This practice will open the veils between worlds. It is not easy to accomplish this task. Have patience with yourself. Everyday, keep opening your perception to see the beauty in everyone and all things around you. Everyday, you will be able to concentrate on this a little more and a little more. As you can imagine, soon you will view life in a whole different way, changing your reality.
~ Sandra Ingerman, Medicine for the Earth
Morning:
SHARING
“Sharing a New Way of Seeing “
Through sharing, storytelling, and ritual we will engage in a group process to invoke a state of appreciation of the beauty that is embodied in this community.
Afternoon:
VISIONING
“Co-Creating a New Way of Being”
Based on our sharing in the morning session, we will expand our minds, hearts, and consciousness— expressing our deepest passions for the Earth and all living beings, and envisioning the co-creation of our future together as a community.
“All the great mystics tell us with one overwhelming voice that praising is what matters, it is because they know that the ultimate relationship on this earth is one of ecstatic love and gratitude to the earth, cosmos, and everything that is, despite all pain, and also because of the glory, challenge, and difficulty of all pain. They know that we are incomplete and callous, self-absorbed and narcissistic, useless to our selves and to each other, until the moment when suddenly we understand that we are one with everything that is, that everything is one with us, and that we are singing always to the song of the one.”
~ Andrew Harvey, The Way of Passion
