Sanctuary Yoga @6-7pm
Located in the beautiful historic Sanctuary!
One hour of inclusive, community-oriented Vinyasa Yoga, guided with both the beginner
and seasoned practitioner in mind. Modifications and variations will be offered for all
bodies. Donation based, pay what you can. Bring a mat and a water bottle.
Sangha Circle @7-8pm
Yoga practice will be followed by sangha, or “association” in Sanskrit, a community of
seekers. We will open with a short reading from The Yoga Sutras Of Patanjali followed
by open sharing for those who wish. We will co-create this space with yoga as our
foundation. Bring your gifts and your heart.
Julie Randazzo (RYT 200) (sankalpa: equanimity) has a heartfelt desire to help others
discover the mind, body, soul connection within themselves through spiritual practice.
