"Engaged Buddhism: Collective Awakening in Beloved Community "
Co-Minister Sally Jo Gilbert de Vargas will be leading the Sunday Service on May 3, using the format of a 5th Sunday Service. Jamal Rahman will be in Las Vegas that weekend. Our May Service focus of "Welcoming the Guest" has been switched to May 31, at the request of our guest, Sister Kathleen Pruitt.
Sally Jo will briefly address the topic of our Interconnectedness with all beings" and then lead us into congregant discussions in small groups. We will explore our Spiritual Discernment: Engaged Buddhism: Collective Awakening in Beloved Community and will discuss how this theme is resonating with us in our personal lives and in our community.
