The Friday afternoon prayer gathering is a collaborative sharing and spiritually deepening experience guided by Muslim/ Christian scholar, minister, author, singer, New Testament PhD, and teacher, Bahiyaa Ann Holmes Redding.  As an Episcopal priest, she came to Seattle in 2001 to serve on the staff of St Mark’s Cathedral.  Since the convergence of Islam with her Christian faith and practice in 2006, she has been sharing her experiences locally, nationally, and internationally.   She is co-author with Jamal Rahman and Kathleen Schmitt Elias in  Out of Darkness into Light: Spiritual Guidance in the Quran with Reflections from Jewish and Christian Sources.”
