Time: 3:00pm - 4:30pm
Location: Sanctuary (ICS, 1763 NW 62nd Street Seattle WA 98107)
Interfaith study circle, led by Rich Ater & Jasper Emory, to try to answer this question for ourselves.
On the second Saturday of each month at 3:00 PM at Interfaith Community Sanctuary.
We are living in a time of extreme polarization. Christian vs Muslim, Muslim vs Jew, conservative Vs Liberal, Democrat Vs Republican. It is also a time of great social upheaval and injustice. We have to ask ourselves, how do we, as people of faith respond to this.
This will be an Interfaith study circle, led by Rich Ater & Jasper Emory, to try to answer this question for ourselves. On the second Saturday of each month at 3:00 PM at Interfaith Community Sanctuary we will meet to do this. Prior to meeting I will send out a short reading by a religious leader, either past or present, to be read prior to coming and we will discuss what we have read and how it informs our thoughts on this topic.

The circle will by Hybrid, either in person at ICS, in the sanctuary, upstairs, or on Zoom. It is recommended that if you live in the area you attend in person. Personal contact allows us to form bonds that may not be possible via Zoom. Should you have any questions contact Rich at richpsych.ater@gmail.com.
