Dear Friends and Supporters of SAMC Bangladesh,
ICS has been proud to support the Suraiya Ataur Medical Clinic in Bangladesh, a clinic serving women and children in the ancestral village of Jamal Rahman's family, led by his sister Dr Aysu Rahman. We invite the ICS community to join us at our annual fundraising Bengali Gala. More information is below, including a link to purchase tickets and donate online!
This year’s gala will showcase the stories, faces, and progress of our clinic in Chondipur, Bangladesh, and the impact you make possible.
Please join us on Saturday, November 7 at 5:30pm at Unity of Lynnwood, 16727 Alderwood Mall Pkwy, Lynnwood, WA 98037.
We sold out last year, so please get your tickets here soon to save your seat.
Meet our new Eye Doctor - Dr. Thauhid- SAMC Bangladesh
As always, we will be serving delicious, authentic South Asian cuisine and providing critical updates on what we've been working on at SAMC through 2026. And of course you can expect musical entertainment as well as a chance to win handmade Bangladeshi goodies through exciting door prizes!
Most importantly you will have a chance to support our health care center for women and children in rural Bangladesh, as many of you have so often and generously done in the past.
Unity of Lynnwood has space for 80 guests and we hope you will be on of them! Tickets are $45 for adults and $20 for children aging 6 to 12 (Children aging 5 and under are free). If you purchase a ticket and find you cannot go later, please let us know at samcbangladesh@gmail.com so we may offer the seat to someone else.
Buy your ticket now to commemorate and continue the services of 12 years of wellness for women and children in Chondipur village!
